AI training built from your actual business, not a generic slide deck.

Role-specific AI training built around your actual tools and the real tasks your team do every day

Role-specific AI training built around your actual tools, your real workflows, and the specific tasks your team do every day.

Who this is for

This service is for you if...

  • Your staff are using AI tools but have had no formal safe use guidance
  • You have delivered generic AI awareness training and seen no change in how people work
  • You need to meet the Article 4 EU AI Act literacy obligation with documented, role-specific training
  • You want training that is specific to your actual tools and workflows, not a one-size-fits-all session

The Problem

Generic AI training produces awareness, not competence.

Generic AI awareness courses rarely change how anyone works. They are built for an imaginary organisation with imaginary workflows. Staff sit through them, receive a certificate, and return to using AI the same way they did before.

The Article 4 EU AI Act literacy obligation has been in force since February 2025. It requires that staff who work with AI systems have sufficient AI literacy to do so safely. A generic course delivered to everyone does not satisfy that obligation. It requires training that is specific to the tools in use and the roles of the people using them.

Staff who use AI without safe use knowledge are an operational risk. Not because they intend harm, but because they do not know what they should not share, what outputs require human review, and when to escalate.

What Is Included

Interview-based training design and delivery, specific to your organisation:

  • Pre-training intake interview: tools in use, workflows, roles, and current AI use patterns across the organisation
  • Bespoke session design: training built around your actual tools and the real tasks your staff do every day
  • Delivery to named staff groups: structured sessions appropriate to each role category
  • Safe use guidelines tailored to your toolset: what is permitted, what is not, what requires human review
  • Article 4 compliance documentation: evidence that your organisation has met the EU AI Act literacy obligation for the staff trained

What we are

Clear Gate Systems helps Irish SMEs build AI capability, train their teams, and govern how AI runs safely and sustainably. Every engagement includes structured governance and, where relevant, EU AI Act and related obligations. Eileen Weadick holds specialist EU AI Act compliance training (AIActTPro certified) and applies that knowledge as a practical component of every engagement.

What we are not

Clear Gate Systems does not provide legal advice, legal interpretation of specific obligations, or regulatory representation. Where your organisation requires a formal legal opinion, on the classification of a specific system, on contractual obligations with an AI vendor, or on regulatory exposure, a qualified solicitor or barrister must be engaged. Our role is to build the technical governance infrastructure that qualified legal counsel can stand behind.
