The Problem

Generic AI training produces awareness. Real competence comes from training built around how your business actually works.

Generic AI awareness courses rarely change how anyone works. They are built for an imaginary organisation with imaginary workflows. Staff sit through them, receive a certificate, and return to using AI the same way they did before.

The Article 4 EU AI Act literacy obligation has been in force since February 2025. It requires that staff who work with AI systems have sufficient AI literacy to do so safely. A generic course delivered to everyone does not satisfy that obligation. It requires training that is specific to the tools in use and the roles of the people using them.

Staff who use AI without safe use knowledge are an operational risk. Not because they intend harm, but because they do not know what they should not share, what outputs require human review, and when to escalate.

  • Pre-training intake interview: the tools already in use, who uses them, and where AI touches decisions that matter
  • Training built around real tasks and real roles, so each session reflects what that group actually does, not a generic overview
  • Human-in-the-loop checks built into the training: what output can be trusted, what always needs a second look, and who signs off before it goes further
  • Delivery to named staff groups, each session pitched to what that group actually does
  • Safe use guidelines tailored to your toolset: what can be shared, what cannot, and when to escalate rather than decide alone
  • Article 4 compliance documentation: evidence that your organisation has met the EU AI Act literacy obligation for the staff trained

Once training is delivered, we are still reachable while the new ways of working bed in. If a specific tool or situation trips someone up in the weeks after, they can ask and get a straight answer.

  • Role-specific safe use guidelines for each staff group, including what needs a second look before anyone relies on it
  • Training materials: yours to keep and reuse for onboarding new staff
